Chateau Musar is the name of a Lebanon|Lebanese winery, established by Gaston Hochar in 1930 in the Ghazir in the Bekaa Valley, 15 miles north of Beirut.Despite the war in Lebanon, wine has been produced at the chateau every year.The red wine, which is the best known is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grapes in varying amounts each year. The whites are made from Obaideh (related to Chardonnay) and Merwah (related to Semillon), so both are similar to Bordeaux blends. The wines however are very different, as they are made in a ''natural'' style with significant bottle variation and what would be described by many people as wine faults such as brett. However they are very popular with some wine lovers. The wines generally improve with age, both the red and whites. There is also a rosé wine but it is not made every year.They also produce a second wine, Hochar Père et Fils which is similar to the red Musar but is not ! oak aged, and can be drunk younger. It is released earlier and can be used as an indication of what the Chateau Musar wine will be like.

The Scaffold, a Liverpool group, were not a serious pop group at all, but they had a few truly brilliant songs. However, their sense of humor and mine are not always the same so there are actually only a few of their songs that I enjoy. I make plenty of use of the skip button when I play Scaffold music - they are unique in that respect.Their biggest UK hit was Lily the Pink, a nonsense song about a lady and her medicinal compounds that topped the charts of Christmas 1968. Another huge hit was Thank u very much, a top five UK hit the year before.My favorite song is Do you remember, which was only a minor hit. It is a song that evokes memories of walks in the countryside (no, it's not a country song, but I'd like to hear a country version of it) and other pleasant times. Their other great songs include Liver birds (the theme to a TV comedy series of the same title), Gin gan goolie (a minor hit) and a cover of Liverpool Lou. The quality of the other songs varies considerably an! d how many you like will depend on your sense of humor, although I'll be surprised if you like them all.The best songs are worth five stars but this is one case where a ten track collection would be better, as long as the best ten tracks are included.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos theory is by far the best looking Splinter Cell to date, thoought the graphic quality is weaker than that of the PC and Xbox, it still loks simply amazing.The sound is very well done in this game, but it's character voices try to be funny and interesting, and if im being honest, they really arent all that funny. But there are alot of sounds for each type of surface sam, or any other character, steps on. The controls are my main issue. They use some-what complicated Z button contols. The one thing i truely love about this game is co-op mode. Its so fun to play the missions with a friend, that even after you beat it the first time, you'll definetly play it again. Theory_of_Decreasing_Responsibility


The Theory of Decreasing Responsibility is an insurance sales philosophy promoted by Primerica relating to term life insurance. Their philosophy is that insurance should be purchased with the theory in mind. The theory assumes that the financial responsibilities of the insured are temporary and insurance should be purchased to offset those responsibilities. These responsibilities include paying consumer debts, mortgages, funding children’s education and income replacement.With a proper plan, the theory holds that each of these responsibilities is temporary. A person can pay off their debt and mortgage, owning their home outright. Children do grow up and leave home becoming independent of their parents support. And using concepts like buy term and invest the difference a person should become financially independent having accumulated enough wealth to retire and no longer need to work. At this point the insured could self-insure and discontinue the life insurance p! rogram. The theory holds that with a proper plan the need for life insurance is obviated. The only challenge in this approach is that the insured must take responsibility and consciously plan to become financially independent. If they do not, or are not able, they may not have the assets they need to self insure.

This is a great compilation, when I first bought it and listened to all the tracks, I immediately loved about 8 of the 16 songs on there!!! The others began growing on me after a while. My point is...that the Riddler is a master in his craft!! I've been impressed with his work, especially on Dance Mix NYC 2 and Deborah Cox Remixed. It's great to see someone like Rich have a passion for working on dance hits, which is quite rare in our current hip-hop/R & B world. It is one of the three policy banks of the PRC, primarily responsible for raising funding for large infrastructure projects, including most of the funding for the Three Gorges Dam and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The bank was established by the Policy Banks Law of 1994.Debts issued by CDB are fully guaranteed by the central government of the People's Republic of China. CDB is one of the biggest issuers of bonds in the PRC.The bank had RMB 1.5 trillion in loans outstanding as of the end of 2004. During 2004, the bank made a profit of about US $2 billion. The bank is the most profitable bank in China, and the second most profitable bank in Asia.After governor Chen Yuan, who was the executive deputy govern! or of Th e People's Bank of China (China's Central Bank), took over the bank in 1998, CDB has experienced tremendous growth in profit and reduction in bad loan rate. Currently, it is the most healthy bank in China with a bad loan rate of about 1% at the end of 2004. This is an extrodinary achievement for a Chinese bank considering that the four major state owned commercial banks all have high double digit bad loan rates. CDB has about 3500 employees at the end of 2004, about 1000 of them work at the Beijing Headquarters and the rest are spread out in 32 branches throughout the country. The bank does not take private savings, and hence does not have thousands of local branches like other major banks in China do.
